Gourmet Restaurant The long-standing bistro Chez Denise has become so renowned that the menu doesn't need to change, with some tourists returning year after year for the terrine, tête de veau, daube de joue de boeuf coquillettes and haricot de mouton. There's no denying that this French-style catalog makes you salivate, and the atmosphere of a halles cantoche ultimately appeals to everyone, plunged for the right reason into a better world. Pork trotters, lamb brains, calvados tripe and andouillette, offal is of course well represented.
