Gourmet Restaurant A serious establishment with a good chef in this charming Haut-Var village. The dining room is pretty and welcoming, with Meia looking after things with a smile, and the plates prepared by the chef from Hyerosa have the flavour of fine tradition with a few accents of the South: crispy quail pastilla with chanterelles and sage, steamed zucchini flowers stuffed with shrimps in a creamy lobster broth, roast lamb fillet, red beans with chorizo in a red wine sauce. Classic cellar with a good selection of Provence and Corsican wines, plus a small selection of world wines.
