Nothing changes at the table du bon roi Stanislas, offering the same pleasures of historic Nancy cuisine, linking the city's history with gastronomy. Connoisseurs will be spoilt for choice, with Polish and French recipes from the period, such as bouchées Marie Leszczynska, pierogis with fresh herbs, citrus and mint coulis, fried perch fillets, lemon and fresh cheese with herbs, roast guinea fowl with apricot and rosemary powidla, baba with tokaji wine and saffron snow.
