Gourmet Restaurant This original restaurant plunges us into the past with a cuisine combining Lorraine and Poland (all Stanislas!), an experience for visiting tourists. The welcome is friendly, and the chef even comes to the dining room to bring the plates. The classics are as timeless as ever, like the bouchée Marie Leszczynska, served in two small bites topped with sweetbreads, veal tongue, poultry, mushrooms and a gourmet cream sauce; then a braised lamb mouse and the famous baba au vin de Tokaji with saffron snow. To accompany this cuisine, an interesting cellar featuring organic and foreign wines (Austria and Hungary in particular).
