Gourmet Restaurant A large 3-star resort perched on a hillside opposite Lauzerte, it stands out for its family-friendly architecture, its lovely infinity pool with central island, and its pretty Quercy stone table. On the plate, the house is committed to the slow-food trend, cooking only with fresh, local produce, and using minute preparation methods. The results are top-notch, with a salmon gravlax with wild herbs, white gazpacho and virgin cashew nut oil, a roasted Label Rouge lean back with mashed potatoes in olive oil, or a grilled Aubrac sirloin with creamy parsleyed green beans and truffle dauphine potatoes.
