Chef's Restaurant New address, new modern building to continue the adventure. The Franck and Luc duo have not changed their fundamentals: the spirit of a cellar and conviviality. 300 references and 3,000 bottles that will undoubtedly delight lovers of fine flasks, and label wines too. The menu is quite well put together, in the spirit of Lyon's fine brasseries. A canaille spirit, and bistro dishes that will delight lovers of simple but good food without the fuss. There are lunchtime formulas at €29.90, and a bistro menu at €37 with pâté croûte, filet of Dombes duckling or Thai-style octopus risotto. And for those with a sweet tooth, the grand menu... a grand tour; a little cliché, of all French gastronomic attractions: from foie gras to noix des saint-jacques, from filet de mignon de veau to royal chocolat-cœur coulant. The menu offers other alternatives, such as boneless pig's trotters with mustard sauce, or a lovely little guinea fowl from Vif, roasted with a few morels. A pleasant spot in the evening, with a lovely terrace to enjoy with friends. The service is professional, smooth and very friendly... don't tickle the sommelier too much, he's quite a player... and he's got some well-hidden ammunition at the right price.
