A beautiful 4* hotel-spa in the heart of the Verdon, this is where Franck Pujol's kitchen orchestrates a fine Provencal flavor, in keeping with the spirit of the place and local traditions. Menus, starting at €39, are regularly renewed according to the season, and include saffron parmentier, mussels marinière and potato mitraille, haddock crumble poached in milk, parsnip tartelette, lamb mouse confit with spices and thyme jus, and strawberry tiramisu. Attentive staff.
