This is one of the resort’s finest restaurants, offering exceptional quality across the board, with service by Sylvie and cuisine by Yoann Lavalley, who previously worked at La Ferme Saint Siméon. It’s a lovely seaside restaurant serving skillfully prepared regional cuisine that pays a beautiful tribute to the coast. Highlights from the menu include hand-carved sea bass with avocado, passion fruit, and vanilla; “The Day’s Catch” with watermelon, green beans, and smoked bacon; guinea fowl breast with coconut beans, olives, and lemon; and an apricot-pistachio tartlet.
