Gourmet Restaurant Serious work from a well-established Maître Restaurateur on Rue Royale. Pierre Cadet leads the business in the right direction, his cuisine is well laid out, well priced and well deserving of his chef's hat, with a good Découverte menu at €41: goat's cheese samossa infused with honey and pine nuts, unilateral trout with sorrel cream or duck breast with golden turnip orange and wilted carrot before a homemade dessert.
