For over ten years, we've been praising the tradition and consistency of this well-established establishment on Rue Royale. Pierre Cadet has developed a menu that also includes contemporary themes, such as sesame tuna tataki and eggplant caviar with combawa, caramelized lamb mouse with thyme, and a good banana tatin flambéed with rum for dessert. Well-constructed menus, fair prices right down to the cellar.
