Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the main square, a welcoming Provencal house proudly displays its Gault&Millau plaques. The seasonal truffle menu completes a varied à la carte offering and a good €45 menu: onion soup with three cheeses under a puff pastry cap, low-temperature veal chuck with celeriac and blackberry jus, pannacotta with Bailey's salted caramel pecan crumble. Specialties include foie gras, scallops with truffle cream and filet de boeuf Rossini.
