Guillaume Geay's table is always at the rendezvous, in this charming side street in downtown Dole. His table with terrace is often full on sunny days, when people come to enjoy good market cuisine. À la carte, crème d'œuf, green asparagus and cucumber chutney, parmesan shortbread, pollack, white asparagus, bulgur, lemon and wild garlic sauce, duck filet, raspberry jus and vegetable wok, strawberry and rhubarb macaroon. Good service.
