Gourmet Restaurant The old stone vaults of the dining room immediately catch the eye, for their power to evoke those ancient times and the long history of Dole. It serves as the ideal stage for the chef's cuisine, blending tradition and renewal, with just the right amount of technique to set it apart. The menu is supported by good work on combinations and textures, with egg and asparagus cream, parmesan shortbread, monkfish kadaif, creamy celery and coconut curry sauce, pork filet mignon, gnocchi and bacon emulsion, chocolate fondant. Menu €36.
