To support the fine gourmet cuisine of the Mas du Langoustier (which has not reopened in 2023, however, and whose future is uncertain), an annex was needed to match the surroundings. With its bistronomic, seasonal cuisine, this Pinède provides the essentials, in a spirit that's both chic and relaxed. Beef tartare with a French knife, poultry supreme with the scent of undergrowth and a declination of butternut, red mullet in bouillabaisse, saffron potatoes and fish soup. And of course our specialties, including lobster and whole grilled fish, to share.
