A traditional inn in the middle of the village on the Rennes-Nantes axis. In this well-kept, happily provincial setting, the chef offers a wide choice, both in terms of price and variety: from bistro-style burgers and calf's head, to more elaborate plates in a sophisticated version with multiple flavors of a slightly dated exoticism: crunchy langoustines with fresh mint, mango and pineapple compote with Japanese black vinegar, kumquat, "Asian flavors" with soy and chive emulsion, lobster ravioli with black curry, venison with truffled potato rosette, carrot with miso, game juice with foie gras and granny apples. All this effort goes right up to the desserts, which are classic and plentiful.
