Description
Sponsored One of Le Havre's oldest restaurants, just off the Halles Centrale, is now in the capable hands of Matthieu and Bertille. Passionate about their profession, they apply the principles of a warm welcome and attentive service learned during their respective successful careers in the restaurant business. To make the culinary experience even more delicious, they have redesigned the décor in the style of a Parisian brasserie and entrusted the kitchen to Chef Christophe Gérandin. But they are also the ones who breathe life into the menu's philosophy, based on the ultra-short circuit: the young restaurateurs are keen to showcase the small producers and farmers who surround them. Butcher's cuts, fish of the day and slow-cooked dishes are the delight of their already loyal customers, who have also been won over by an original cellar and wines they can't find elsewhere. Like them, remember to save a little room for dessert... Mini-madeleines to dip in homemade sauces will make you melt with pleasure!
