The concept is simple and works well enough to make it a good everyday canteen, where you'll find stuffed oysters or a cassolette of snails, monkfish medallions with Armoricaine sauce, bavette with pepper sauce, nectarine confit with honey and thyme, thyme cream, hazelnut crumble and honey ice cream.
