A good address on the outskirts of town, quiet and regular, where you can enjoy traditional cuisine slightly tinged with regionalism (morel yellow wine crust, Jura trout with roasted bacon), with a focus on highlighting good products: canette des Dombes, Bresse chicken, scallops, gambas flambées rhum passion...). The Gourmets menu at €45 does the trick, and the desserts are varied and classic, including the regional soufflé glacé with macvin and griottines de Fougerolles.
