An active wine bar that's been a regular feature in our columns for ages. The regularity gives confidence, the vintages on offer are renewed according to the vintages and favorites, and the cuisine has never been so varied, in classic bistro style: Caesar salad, tuna tartar, parsley ham, snails, snacked calf's head with gribiche sauce, veal kidneys and oyster mushrooms... Wide choice of desserts, three-course menu at €40, 15 well-chosen wines by the glass.
