At the entrance to the town center, François Duchesne's hotel-restaurant is a sure bet, with charming rooms and Provencal-inspired dining. It's a traditional, well-executed experience, ideal for family meals and business lunches, with masterfully prepared dishes, to be discovered in two menus at €25 and €46. Suitable cellar.
