The signs are crammed together along the pier, but La Musardière remains true to its principles and deserves its place on this list. Meticulous preparation and a selection of high-quality products: Patrick Liron’s deep-sea oysters from Gouville, premium or rarer varieties of fish, a delightful specialty of “choucroute de la mer” (seafood sauerkraut), and a wide selection of desserts including pavlova, French toast with homemade salted caramel, or a Norwegian omelet flambéed with Grand Marnier.
