Original Restaurant A good modern-day restaurant in the city center, with a fresh, simple parquet floor decor and a menu that respects tradition while maintaining a modern edge: shrimp croquettes, honey-roasted Saint-Marcellin, farmhouse poultry aiguillettes with chorizo cream, carbonade and fisherman's cassolette specialties. The €40 menu, featuring the best of the menu, is a good option. Pizzas and ice creams are also available.
