On the road from Caen to Ouistreham, on the banks of the Canal de Caen, a charming stone inn adorned with palm trees, reminiscent of the local sweetness, which is reflected in the chef's contemporary, market-driven dishes. The 2* hotel is warm and inviting, and the dishes are as pleasing to guests as they are to those passing through, who will appreciate the ideas, at an attractive price: vegetable mille-feuille, roasted perlon, lime and aniseed sauce, cod back, celery mousseline with fresh coriander, duck breast, peach jus and skewer of rattes... A classic apple tart.
