La Mère Brazier on one side of the street, Ivan Péric and his Gargotte on the other, a symbolic and ultimately representative image of the diversity essential to Lyon's gastronomy. Regulars will tell you that they are so pampered here that they wouldn't leave their place for any other. And the €40 menu, with its choice of dishes, doesn't disappoint: salmon charlotte with ricotta and piquillo coulis, ginger soy pork belly, limoncello crème brûlée...
