Gourmet Restaurant This house is not a gargote, but it has such a personality that it can hardly be classified. The interior is full of charm, and the almost precious atmosphere matches Ivan Péric's freewheeling cuisine, with brandade gravlax salmon, braised pork belly with cherry sauce, yuzu crème brûlée or fir honey financier with yoghurt ice cream for dessert. Prices are always reasonable, and the cellar is well adapted.
