Gourmet Restaurant On the village square, the regional bistro completes the offer for visitors already enchanted by the old stones. The menu offers comforting local dishes such as velouté of porcini mushrooms, lentils and walnuts, chestnut gnocchi and honey-chestnut guinea fowl with vanilla coffee, complemented by more exotic ideas such as Thai-style duck gravlax or scallop and grapefruit risotto. Desserts (poached quince with vanilla and mace, chocolate moelleux with caramel and long pepper) are just as impressive on this Voyage menu, where you can pick up a half-course for €38 for 5 courses.
