Gault&Millau's review 2026

After ten years in the Caribbean, Oliver Dulac and his wife Dominique have taken up residence in this charming house on the outskirts of Vichy, where they offer pleasant market cuisine. It's a classic, tasteful place, with an elegant terrace. On the €49 menu, foie gras marbré, seasonal compote and salad, roasted fresh fish fillet, passion fruit sauce and seasonal vegetables, poultry breast stuffed with porcini mushrooms, wild mushroom cream, potatoes and vegetables. Daily menu at €26.
