The menu is easy to understand, with well-presented standards: Pugliese burrata, heirloom tomato and datterino tartare, cucumber and basil, frittura italiana, tagliatelle with Burgundy truffle, linguine alle vongole, Piedmontese pinsa with truffle, saltimbocca alla romana.
