Gourmet Restaurant Dans le cadre de cette Folie Douce qui draine un grand nombre de vacanciers à travers ses cinq restaurants à 2400 m d'altitude, le versant italien est représenté par cette Cucucina, 100% cuisine italienne, dont la carte est signée par Denny Imbroisi. Du chic et de l'animation sur des produits soigneusement choisis, des saveurs familières bien présentées par une équipe au taquet : charcuteries, antipasti, vitello tonnato, pâtes et tartares, saltimbocca et polpette... Prix naturellement élevés (les carbonara "de Denny Imbroisi" à 39 €).
