Gourmet Restaurant On the outskirts of Avignon, this white stone former silkworm nursery lends its splendid architecture to a fine Provencal table. Whether on the terrace under the garlands and near the pretty water lily fountain, or in the beautiful large dining room with its twisted columns, stone floor and diamond-shaped glass panes, the atmosphere is always inviting, as you rediscover bouchot mussels with fennel, a lovely codfish back and cream puffs. Interesting cellar focusing on natural wines.
