On the edge of the département, not far from Arnsbourg, this chic, trendy restaurant aims for efficiency and satisfaction, with a focus on product quality and simple, well-executed recipes: salmon Bömlo with mustard sauce, velouté of pumpkin and chestnut crumble, scallops and risotto, veal kidneys with mustard, low-temperature Angus beef onglet and potato mousseline, black forest, lemon tart... We salute the Kuhn siblings for their initiative and enthusiasm. Bravo to Camille, Arthur and Antoine for bringing this project to fruition, bringing a breath of fresh air to the area. Right down to the wine list, where, while the Alsatian crus are definitely there, you can wander all over the place and even beyond the borders to find the ideal pairing. A pleasant terrace and welcoming (and completely renovated) rooms to enjoy the Northern Vosges mountains for longer.
