Gourmet Restaurant A revered and venerable restaurant enthroned on the Place du Vieux Marché, with a very long history, and such a picturesque, half-timbered, beamed approach that we've no doubt tourists love it. To get the best of the Couronne, you'll want to be careful, taking advantage of the early menus (lunch at €29, Impressionists at €44) and sticking to the traditional: oysters, duck leg and parmentier, apple pie. Classic cellar, speciality duck à la rouennaise (with blood, in a press), classic cellar that has long made the reputation of the place.
