Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the Ternois region, a beautiful building where raw materials and natural ingredients are favored. And with a strong regional identity, the chef uses mainly local produce. In this rustic loft setting, it's all about the terroir: cream of chicory with Orval and peasant bacon, leek tart, caramelized pork belly and red beet gratin, grandma's rice pudding with milk jam or the good farmhouse Maroilles, in this beautiful and fair €40 formula, which always deserves two toques. A well-stocked cellar with a choice of wines from all regions, from Jura to Loire for example, all in good taste.
