A hotel-restaurant with simple, family charm and traditional, ambitious cuisine. On the well-laid table, Philippe Arnault offers some fine dishes from his seasonal menu: duck foie gras with quince jelly, snacked scallops with lobster coral butter, hare à la royale, hen pheasant dodine with green cabbage... On a daily basis, the €39 "Cuisine de bistrot" menu makes a good impression, with Berry lentil velouté and dried wild boar fillet, lean leek and leek parmentier in an anchovy crust, millassou prunes and armagnac.
