Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Baronnies, this charming house, with its summer arbour, is the perfect place to discover creative regional cuisine. The region is well exploited, with well-developed flavors such as a warm crunch of Saint-Ferréol goat's cheese with Camargue black rice and olive paste, a filet of poached skate and fresh vegetables, rice vermicelli sautéed with seafood and coconut milk emulsion with curry and lemon, guinea fowl from the Drôme with Nyons olives, on a slice of spelt bread with blond livers, reduced juice with tomato fondue and olives... Formulas from €24.
