Gault&Millau's review 2026

A very central restaurant not far from Esquirol, welcoming and regular. A restaurant in all its qualities, which cooks over an open fire and offers choice at reasonable prices: breaded mozza with spinach and xipister, grilled tuna with carnaroli risotto, whole duck breast with pepper sauce and home fries, passion cheesecake with salted butter caramel. The brick Toulousan setting has character and the service is on the right note.
