Gourmet Restaurant A well-known Cannois dining cellar, located at the end of the town center. Admire the beautiful wine shelves, where great vintages rub shoulders with the new, while the chef prepares efficient brasserie-style cuisine, using the finest produce, as Cannes is wont to do. The extensive menu is full of options: Iberian charcuterie, tapas, salads, coquillettes with truffles, poached turbot, lemon confit, capers, potato and vegetable mousseline, filet de boeuf Rossini, strawberries Melba with tomato caramel... By the glass, François Chidaine, Nicolas Badel, Clos des B, Château Sainte-Marguerite.
