Gourmet Restaurant We're well aware of the high value of Italian products brought to us by Gilberto and Lorena, brother and sister, direct from the Botte, and who today manage eight establishments in the North, a veritable consortium. It's only to be expected, then, that each unit is running smoothly, with well-tuned service and great efficiency, but with a little less of the craftsmanship and spirit of sharing that characterized the early days of this beloved Bottega, almost twenty years ago. Here, it's the pizza unit, the red and the white, top ingredients, maximum throughput, people waiting for a place on the terrace and thanking you at the end of the game, with a good homemade tiramisu. The wine selection is equally reliable, including by the glass.
