Gault&Millau's review 2026

A good bistro of its time, with a dapper appearance and a reassuring menu, mixing trend and tradition in a good €39 menu, with a welcome zest of personality on every plate: tamago egg and gambas, saddle of rabbit stuffed with boudin galabar and royal-style sauce, pavlova ice cream with almond milk, black olive powder and olive oil. The room is full of gaiety, colorful paintings and an engaging welcome.
