This rustic inn, close to the town hall, has been at the helm for decades. After a quarter of a century at the helm, Philippe Delaune has handed over to a new team led by Marc Vieillescazes and Nathalie Mouton. Everyone is working hard to maintain the restaurant's standing, and the cuisine focuses on consensus themes: pressé of pig's head and octopus, a little bland, with its arugula vinaigrette; flambéed pig's rib, smoked eggplant, colombo sauce and vegetarian pimento; pavlova with roasted nectarines, ginger, honey and rosemary; white peach sorbet; a good dessert and the best part of the meal. Classic wine list, pleasant terrace.
