The setting is Norman and the intention commendable, in this village on the edge of the département, at the heart of the cheese-making heritage. Tradition is in good taste and doesn't stray too far, with oysters, warm camembert with pistachios, seafood sauerkraut and duck leg confit with orange. The €27 menu is a good introduction, with neat presentations and friendly service.
