A classic of Chinon life, for thirty years in our columns thanks to the energy and regularity of chef Patrick Descoubes. The know-how is there, the suppliers are loyal and of the highest quality, and the restaurant heads west, towards the ocean, for quality oysters, seafood and fish that the chef prepares in his own way, with a touch of the exotic: scallop carpaccio and vegetable caviar with yuzu, roasted turbot breast with oyster cream, shrimp ravioli with ink tagliatelle and mango cream... The menu is extensive, including a wide choice of classic desserts, and the cellar boasts many approved references.
