Chef's Restaurant Italian-style cuisine by a Japanese chef in Paris, proving that anything is possible. The standards of the Rising Sun are nevertheless there, in the secrecy of an anonymous façade and menus of which you will know nothing apart from the prices. As our courageous investigator adds, the two toques are there, and you don't have to look for them too long. As for the rest, the interior is cosy, with comfortable chairs and calm service.
