Chef's Restaurant Incomparable? We'll leave it to our exclusive hotel-loving clientele to judge for themselves, but the table, entrusted to Antoine Cevoz-Mamy, a young chef who grew up on the shores of Lac du Bourget and cut his teeth with the likes of Boris Campanella at Château de Candie and Yoann Conte, is currently satisfied with two toques. Wild pike with sweet potato cream and braised chestnut, veal sweetbreads with rocket and fresh mustard, smoked Swiss meringue with green beech, crystallized fir buds and burnt-wood ice cream in a menu full of personality and inspiration. The terrace is almost incomparable, it's true, and almost worth the trip on its own.
