In the luxurious setting of Maison Albar, this distinguished table, alongside the Duende gastro, is more than just a showpiece. Nîmes locals, whether on business or with their families, appreciate this easy-to-understand menu, which is both traditional and chic, and features well-prepared dishes such as mackerel saupiquet with Costières white wine, Marguerite meat pâté, braised veal breast with mace, fennel and chickpeas, and chocolate praline cream churros.
