Gourmet Restaurant It's a safe address that we've been enjoying for a long time, with its beautifully arranged old Provencal house, its hidden terrace, and its tradition of fine dining in the city. Mohamed Abdelkarim has taken over from Laurent Chouviat, with whom he worked for a long time before taking over: the good precepts are there, as are the wise prices, with an impeccable €38 menu: seasonal mushroom pillow with truffle cappuccino and Noilly Prat, salmon confit with citrus fruits, roast chicken supreme with ginger-glazed carrots and peppery bacon in chicken sauce, a pleasant apple declension for dessert. Well-stocked cellar, always a smiling welcome.
