A charming Burgundy stone house, a smiling welcome from the owner and a warm, simply decorated dining room set the tone. A surprising amuse-bouche with a bitter endive velouté to prepare the taste buds, a poached egg spiced up with Comté cheese and mushroom emulsion, perfectly roasted pigeon, a chocolate citrus declination in a classic formula for a perfectly executed meal. Chef Sébastien Mazoyer's cuisine is enhanced by a remarkable wine list.
