Sponsored This delightful restaurant invites you back to the old school of Bouchala to savor traditional local cuisine. While Julie pampers customers in the dining room, her husband, Chef Florian Noally, is at work in the kitchen. The signature of this ex-charcutier-traiteur (so from the school of excellence) lies above all in his love for the treasures of his local producer and breeder friends. "That's why the suggestions change constantly and why we don't have any signature dishes," says Julie, who adds: "We offer a lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert), weekdays, at €17 and at weekends, an elaborate menu at €28.50." We loved the veal chop with forest sauce and the squab on chest. What a mastery of cooking! Not to mention that everything is homemade, including Julie's desserts, from the meringue on her Pavlova to the choux on her profiteroles. Their respect for their country can be seen on the school blackboard, where all the producers are listed. In fact, even their wine list, direct from local winemakers, is attractive. Come and enjoy!
