Open for seven years now, Franck Sinquin and his wife Stéphanie's restaurant is a peaceful and welcoming Breton retreat. Housed in a typical stone house on the banks of the lake, the establishment is a showcase for contemporary, well-developed regional cuisine, using ultra-fresh, short-run produce. The menu includes foie gras, sea bream with cockles, twelve-hour lamb and classic desserts. Friendly service. Cellar with good accompaniment.
