Gault&Millau's review2026
He promised, he delivered. Abandoning the cumbersome gastro codes, Benjamin Delpierre has given a new impetus to his restaurant, making it more open, more accessible too, and catering to a wide variety of tastes, from tapas to seafood, as well as more elaborate dishes according to demand. The result is the same chic setting, but a more relaxed atmosphere around contemporary cuisine: mackerel gravlax smoked with beech wood and rattes du Touquet, cod cream with feta, roasted apricots and dried fruit jus, chicken supreme with lemon confit, eggplant caponata with black olive tapenade... Cheeses from Philippe Olivier, seafood platters, oysters from Veules or Gillardeau and ice creams from Nicole complete the catalog. The service is top-notch and the cellar well-stocked.
