Chef's Restaurant The Robuchon signature is enough to attract tourists, including those who know enough about the products and recipes to appreciate the work involved. For beyond the titles, which seem almost banal compared to the rather exaggerated prices, there is a whole tradition of excellence which constitutes a real label: the macaroni with girolles and asparagus, the langoustine in crispy papillote with basil, the saint-pierre with Malabar pepper in civet and spinach shoots or the simple chops of suckling lamb from the Pyrenees with thyme flower testify to this level of quality. To keep the bill down and offer a wider choice, there's a fine catalog of dishes in small portions (pâté croûte, squid with artichokes, chicken wings in gyozas...).
