Gourmet Restaurant A good market table by Jérémy and Thomas, applied to the realization of a contemporary and inspired cuisine. The ideas are travelers, creative reinterpretations that reinvent the bistronomic genre. Start with the €31 menu, featuring filet of cusk gravlax with Malibu, creamy carrot pickles and macaroon, back of saithe breaded with curry, celery and apple compote, parmesan tuile, blanquette of venison with morel mushrooms, green lentil hummus and glazed carrot tops, and a fine tart with candied apples, chocolate and passion ganache. Tasting menu €59.
