The new occupants have taken up the baton, creating a cosy brasserie-terrasse where you can enjoy a beer as much as a plate of food. Named as a reminder of the urgency of climate change, the establishment is part of a commendable ethical approach, favoring short and local circuits, as much in search of sustainability as quality. The menu is effective, with recipes from yesterday and today: risotto with chestnuts and chanterelles, cream of pumpkin and grated Comté cheese, burger with shredded beef, cream of Saint-Marcellin cheese and onion confit, poke bowl with saithe accras, potatoes and bell pepper cream.
