Gourmet Restaurant A delightful place to eat in the village square, run with dynamism by Lucas and Julie. They don't put blinkers on, and they don't adhere to any particular beliefs, except that of doing what's best, using local produce as much as ingredients from further afield, whether from the sea or elsewhere. The result is a varied and interesting menu, with Andaure trout breaded with quinoa and rillettes with cistre, confit pollack, mussels from the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, turnip and chanterelle declension, saffron sabayon, or quail in two ways: supreme cooked at low temperature, then barbecued, and leg confit in its own juices. Seasonal fruit desserts. Good menu at €37.
