Gourmet Restaurant This astonishing restaurant, set above a sports complex, is a good compromise between gourmet and dietetic dining, allowing you to enjoy yourself while taking care of yourself. The terrace offers a lovely view of the Basque mountains, while the kitchens ensure a well-balanced plate: crispy pig's trotter and pork shank, arugula with hazelnut oil and pickles, red curry of monkfish with coconut milk, julienne of vegetables, cashew nuts and basmati rice, confit shoulder of suckling lamb, polenta and lemon gremolata, crème brûlée with Madagascar vanilla. Lunch menu €20.
